Negotiating with Liam

Like many, I occasionally use Gumtree - It's a great means of finding strangers willing to give you money for things that you wish to part ways with. Unfortunately, many of the users lack a basic understanding of negotiation. Not Liam though, a buyer and seller of vehicles, that's just what he does.
