Operation: Pizza Pocket
Who doesn't love spherical pizza?
When it comes to frozen pizza snacks, few tasty treats come close to the powerhouse that is the Pizza Pocket by Mccain Foods (except maybe Pizza Roundas ~coming soon) but boy-howdy are they expensive.
The approach;
Much as most other multinational companies, Mccain Foods has a pretty clear hierarchical structure and finding out the director "the person to speak to" was a few quick clicks on google and hey presto, an email address. As per the majority of my emails to businesses asking for free goods or services, I find that praise will go a lot further than negativity, I mean, you have to imagine that these people are dealing with idiots complaining every second day, why not brighten their lives a little and tell them that they be doing a good job?

Final Thoughts:
As you can tell from the result, Mccain is actually pretty good at listening to their customers, the Pizza Pockets were even delivered in person by a marketing executive that had driven all the way from Melbourne to ensure that I received them in good time. Unfortunately, after the event I am yet to hear from the Australasian marketing team again, despite forwarding some personal suggestions for a more versatile range of snacks. Fig 4
